Lets face it, people love to take the quick and simplest route to getting ready in the morning and tend to forget the most important step---using an SPF. Its not up for debate that we all , uncluding babies over six months of age should always wear an SPF, according to The Skin Cancer Foundation. They also state that using an SPF of only 15, when used as directed, can reduce your risk of developing squamous cell cancers by 40 percent and lower melanoma risk by 50 percent! What a no brainer to use an SPF!!!! Now lets talk about which SPF should we use?? We all have our favorites. I choose my SPF based on that it is easy to put on and will not tamper with the color of my makeup. This summer, I tried "Shade," a stick SPF that is easy to apply and dries down clear. Because its in a stick formula, I find it to be very quick and easy to apply and you also don't get your fingers sticky and greasy. This amazing product really kept my face from burning in the sun, and it didnt change the color or take off my makeup at all!! Come check it out here at The Makeup Studio.
